I work closely with our team of chefs to create our food menus. We call upon recipes that our mothers and grandmothers used to make when we were children. I also travel frequently and always try new dishes to give me inspiration. Our food is authentic and home-style and is meant for sharing, whether with friends, families or colleagues. You can choose one of our set menus, which have been put together so you can explore the full tastes and flavours of Lebanon, or you can choose our A La Carte menu. Whether you are joining us for lunch or dinner, we look forward to welcoming you.
